What is the cost of shipping?
We have set our shipping rates so that overall we break-even on the costs of packaging

Do you discount shipping for multiple books to the same address?

Can I pick up my books?
Sorry, but we do not have arrangements for customer pickup. For a number of reasons, all of
our orders go out via the postal system.
Can you ship the book overnight within the USA?
You may select expedited delivery when you check out, which is typically 3-7 business days.
What payment methods do you take?
You may use Paypal and credit cards. Instructions for
each are given during the checkout process.
Why did you cancel my order?
We update the website regularly, but sometimes more than one person orders the book at
virtually the same time. When this happens, we must cancel all orders after the first one.
How do I know my order was shipped?
We send an email upon receipt of your order, another email upon shipment, and, for USA deliveries,
yet another email when the post office informs us it has been delivered to you.
I think the price you have on the book is wrong?
Due to the number of books we have, it is possible to sometimes price them incorrectly.
Please email us if you spot this and, better yet, make us a fair offer for the book.
What does the condition (good, very good, acceptable, ex-library, etc.) mean?

Are there countries where your 100% satisfaction guarantee does not apply?
Due to some problems with mail successfully reaching our customers in certain countries, we cannot offer our normal 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy in those countries. We will still ship to these countries. We will still guarantee that we will ship the item. We do not guarantee its delivery by the local postal service. Once received if there is a condition or wrong book problem with the item, we will then honor our guarantee. The list of countries is:

Most books are packaged in plastic bags. Larger books and larger orders may be shipped in cardboard boxes. The packaging should protect the book through the delivery process. If your book does not arrive in satisfactory condition, then please email us immediately so that we may correct the situation. Please send emails to service@qualitybargainmall.com.
Since books are generally rather heavy and some may be of larger size, it is expensive to ship them. Overall, our shipping rates are set so that on average they barely cover the cost of packaging and shipping.

In the USA, Quality Bargain Mall ships all books either by media mail or Priority mail depending upon the rate you select when checking out. Media mail typically takes 2 to 3 weeks to arrive and occasionally longer. Priority mail typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days, but can sometimes take longer.
To Canada, shipments are made via the mail system. They are flown from the USA to Canada and then placed into the local Canada Post mail system as economy letters/parcels. They typically arrive within 7 to 10 days this way. An occasional shipment may take longer.
International (except Canada) shipments are made via the postal system. They are flown from the USA to the destination country and then placed into the local country's mail system as economy letters/parcels. These typically arrive in 7 to 14 days worldwide, while occasionally taking longer.
